Who we are
This website is run by Luke Milton, trading as 21Studio, in Malta. 21Studio makes Bloomtide and BloomPOS. You can contact us at [email protected] or +356 9977 2931.
What we collect
We only collect what you type into a contact form: your name, business name, email, and optionally your phone number and message. We don't use cookies, analytics or tracking on this website, and the fonts are hosted on our own server.
Why we use it
We use your details only to reply to your enquiry and, if you become a customer, to set up your account. Our legal basis is your request to be contacted (steps before a contract) and our legitimate interest in answering business enquiries. We never sell your details or add you to a mailing list without asking.
Who else sees it
- Cloudflare receives the form, checks it isn't spam, and emails it to our inbox.
- Google hosts the inbox our emails are forwarded to (Gmail).
- Cloudflare or our hosting provider (Railway, in the EU) serves this website and keeps standard server logs for security.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiries for up to 2 years so we can follow up. If you become a customer, we keep what the law requires for business records.
Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of your details, to correct them, or to delete them, by emailing [email protected]. If you're unhappy with how we handle your data, you can complain to Malta's Information and Data Protection Commissioner (idpc.org.mt).
